Paterson Honey
The property has wonderful native and introduced plants……………nectar for the bees and we now have our own honey to sell.
As well as looking after the land we like to enjoy the company of our family and friends. The honey enterprise is a wonderful opportunity to combine these ideas.
Our friend Hugh, our daughter Kirstenand Chris undertook an apiarist course at Tocal College and we started the honey enterprise. Our son, Nicholas called in friends to create the label and assist in the marketing.
The honey has a number of commercial outlets, contact us to find an outlet near you. We are also pleased that our honey is incorporated in our friends produce from the Paterson Allyn valley.
