Accommodation Conditions

There is a 2 night minimum.

There are no pets or children allowed. The house is surrounded by a working farm and hence there are cows & calves in the adjacent paddocks. We would not want your animal to go exploring & be injured by a protective cow.

Similarly one of the joys in the woodland is a billabong and we would not want a child to wander off & drown in the billabong. There are electric fences by the paddocks that are also a trap for children.

It is a working farm & as you maybe aware there are increasing requirements for farmers to protect the biosecurity on the farm. We therefore request that you stay within the parameters of the woodland other than driving in & out.

The working farm means that you will hear birds, cows & sometimes bikes, tractors & irrigation equipment. We will try to respect your peace & minimise any work near the house whilst you are staying here.
